Longer than many of our other classes, our Bikram class gives you the opportunity to complete a sequence with time left to work on poses that you are struggling with. This western style yoga is a very popular workout for many of our students. We offer a variety of different yoga classes in our hot yoga studio throughout the week so be sure to try them all out. As with all of our classes, all levels are welcome, but remember that hot yoga is very different from traditional yoga. You will be in a very warm and humid environment so bring your water!
