Keeping your body hydrated before, during, and after class is key. Make sure that you arrive to each class with water; drinking throughout will help you move deeper in each pose. For our Bikram/Hot Yoga classes, make sure you bring a big water bottle!
Most of our students bring their own mats, as this is where we plant ourselves and it becomes an important part of us during our practice. If you don’t have one yet, don’t fret; we have mats for rent at our front desk.
In the end this is all that matters! Show up and we promise you will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and strong. All skill levels are welcome, but please bring your positive attitude.
